In Car Experts Inc. has created a Strategic Marketing Alliance with Rockford Fosgate Inc.  Continuing its goal of providing valuable retailer services and products, In Car Experts (ICE) has partnered with Rockford Fosgate to offer its members innovative products and information from a world leading brand.
